Hey there @womanhawk.  I’m confused.  Why would the fact that your tablet isn’t charging be a Square issue?  Do you have the tablet connected to power?  If not, connect it to power and it will charge.  The card reader has nothing to do with charging your tablet.

@womanhawk Wait… by the phrase “tablet isn’t charging” do you mean that your Square POS app on your tablet won’t let you key in and close transactions to cash?  Are you getting error messages, or something that we can go on to help you?
