I had my first customer try to use cc online and then cash app but neither accepted because error message popped up 'we are no longer accepting orders'? I accept shipping, pickup or delivery and dashboard shows Accepting online orders! I tested it too and same error message came up. Need to figure out how to work this site before Sept..

Welcome to the Seller Community. This sounds like your customer has likely selected pick-up or delivery outside of your operating hours. Your shipping should still accept orders but this will likely be caused by them attempting to order out of hours.

yes!! Thank you. Spent 45 minutes on with Sq customer service who did look at my dashboard options and settings and we determined I had not setup pickup hours!! Got it changed and they even helped place a pickup order JUST to test my site and it worked. VERY THANKFUL for the ability to troubleshoot with Square in the phone!!
