Hi all, when customers go into the product pages to purchase my products, the blue "checkout" button is grayed out and they cannot click on it. Is there any way to fix this?

This is complicated to answer because there's a few different things that could cause this issue.
One thing I noticed is the address you're shipping from hasn't been confirmed, you could try confirming that and checking if the checkout button is clickable after, but that's only one of many things that could be causing the issue.
I would recommend reaching out to our Support Team so they can run through some troubleshooting steps with you.
