I use an Online Payment link so customers can go on my website and make a payment. Those payments always show up on the "ORDERS" menu. Up until today. Now it shows no orders at all, active or completed, and it says I have to open an Online Account. I've been using this for years, don't I already have an Online Account? How can I see the online payments I received?
