It was working fine a few weeks ago but after I did an iphone update (XS and completely up to date now) my Square chip reader 𝙙𝙤𝙚𝙨 connect but I keep getting an error message after it connects saying ‘failed’ and ‘update required, please update point if sale’. I have tried to update it but there are no updates available. So is it a dud now? Do I have to get a new one? This is my second one after about a year and a half. I use this for my footcare business and my vendor shows, so I really need this little machine to work! Thanks @members for any info!
