my customers can't redeem their rewards on square online?

I have tried many times but my customers can't redeem their rewards online although they have points. how can I fix this?

Are your customers receiving any error messages? 

 

The correct phone number for the rewards program would need to be entered before they can redeem rewards, are they able to enter their number during checkout?

Having the same problem. Our Square Online checkout allows the customer to check in to earn rewards, but it has no ability to allow them to REDEEM their rewards in the online checkout. It seems according to the Square help article, it's supposed to, but it doesn't work.
