Hi, I have came across this problem since Square introduced the new "order page".
In the past, I was able to enter muti tracking numbers for different items being shipped. But this option is not available under the "order page". For example, after I entered the tracking # for item 1, it wont' let me enter the tracking number for item 2 and the order is left unshipped.
When I go to the online page - order, it shows the error message as the image below.
Have anyone experienced the same problem? I contacted the tech support via chat and they just bounced me back and forth between "dash board" support team and "online store" support team.

This problem has been solved.
In case anyone has this issue, the way to do it is to go to "order" and then "shipments". you will be able to enter muti tracking numbers for one order.
