multiple email addresses for online orders

Hi everyone,

 

I am the owner of a busy bakery with a fair amount of online orders.  Tickets are printed in store, but I am the only one receiving email notifications for online orders.

 

Sometimes they come in after we close and I have to forward to team members so they see it and can plan their production better upon arrival to the bakery in the early AM.

 

Is there any way to have multiple people receive these? I do not want to give "all access" to them because they will then see our daily sales $$ etc...  I simply want them to see online orders.

Hi @sjbakery! Since we don't have it built out to where email notifications can be sent to multiple people, the workaround would be for you to set up a forwarding email address so that your emails can be automatically sent to that second email account. This should help!

Thanks - but then they all see the private stuff like daily sales, etc... We'd need that built out in future I'd say.
