meta pixel tracking issue on online store booking site. Help?

I have setup meta pixels with my online store, which is a booking site that allows my customers to book my services. meta is able to track when someone is on the booking page on the online store, but it is not tracking, "AddToCart", "PageView", "Purchase", and even "ViewContent". Please help me fix this? My native website that I am using is on squarespace but booking is used square along with purchasing after the service is complete.

Welcome to the Community! 

Normally, when it comes to integrations we recommend reaching out to the partner to see if anything is causing issues on their end. We aren't able to see inside their programs, so it's easier to eliminate issues on their side first. 

Since you have two other programs integrated, I would recommend checking in with Meta first. Once you hear back, please let us know!

Hi Kassi, 

already contacted Meta, they said its an issue on squares side.

Also I noticed the pixel fires normally when I use to website specifically for products, but when it comes to booking an appointment it does not work. Let me know if this plays into anything.
