email directing you to a comment on square's web site not working

When I get an email alerting me that a patient has left a message for me, the respond button is associated with a non-sense url that doesn't work. I have to go to the web site itself and retrieve the message.

I'm using a Macintosh OS 11.3.1 Big Sur, and the latest version of Mac Mail and Safari.

Would you mind providing a screenshot of the error? Does this happen when using Google Chrome? Let me know so I can look into this further 👩🏼‍💻
