eGift Card Not Showing on Square Online Site

I've enabled (I think) all the items needed to see egift cards. However, the option is not showing up in my online store. What am I doing wrong?

Hello @1Deborah16 Thanks for posting, we appreciate your question, and welcome to the Square Seller Community...we're glad you're here.

 

The first check I'd do is go to your online Dashboard and double check that you have egift cards enabled:

ONLINE > SHARED SETTINGS > GIFT CARDS

 

If this isn't enabled you won't see the option to pay with a gift card.

If this is already enabled, can you please drop a link to your site so we can take a closer look at what might be an issue for you.

Thank you! I forgot to enable it on the shared setting! It is now working. Yay!
