worked fine yesterday. now customers pick delivery, enter all the info. When they check out it is set for pickup. Also no immediate customer support from square or weebly. An issue like this needs to be handled quickly.
I also encountered this problem. Error rate is 50%.
(test 6 times and error 3 times.)
This is an urgent problem, because buyer chooses to deliver, but revert to pick up.
Btw, the web page delay each time. I feel so sad about my website.
This is an issue best suited for our Ecom Team. Sounds like a bug they will need to file a ticket with Engineering for. Phones are not available on the wknd but give them a call Monday from 6am- 6pm.
If you're on hold but don't have time to wait, select the callback option so you won't lose your spot in line.
