I created two items and want to share the link with customers. Some customers can open the link fine and pay for the item. Other people cannot...any advice would be appreciated
Hey @amanda320- Sounds like it could be due to a browser issue on your customers side, perhaps. We typically recommend using a Chrome browser when it comes to using our Square/Weebly sites. If you're able to ask those customers that are having some trouble about the browser they're using, that could help.
However- if you find that the ones having difficulty are using Chrome, let me know and we'll see what we can find out.
