It's been well over 24 hours and my items still haven't synced yet. I have contact support both days now, and their response each time is give it more time... or we have brought this up to advanced support.
both freaking useless. how can i fix this crap so i can actually use this site?
so disappointed and angry. not a good start, maybe i'll leave them all together because they can't get this crap straight.

First let me say that I completely understand your frustration. I've gotten the runaround from various tech supports over my life and each time I feel like reaching through the phone and punching the person on the other side, even if it wasn't really their fault.
I have one idea that may solve your problem, but after that I think one of the admins here can take over your case and solve the problem. You've come to the right place--I hope. 🙂 (admins, don't let me down on this one... 😉 )
I'm assuming you're talking about your item libraries not syncing between the point of sale app and the online environment? If so...
Are you creating your items in the main Item Library (Dashboard -> Items) or on the online library (Dashboard -> Online -> Items -> Site Items)? If you're creating them in the main library, there is a known issue with syncing where it isn't happening automatically. The best bet would be to go into your online library and click the "Add from Item Library" button in the top right. This will bring up a screen showing items that haven't been sync'ed yet. Select the ones you want (or select all) and hit add. This should import all your items over to your online store.
For now, I recommend creating items in the online library. For some reason, they will sync to the main library with no issues.
If you were talking about your items aren't showing on your apps, I have another idea:
Make sure your app is fully updated along with your iOS/Android operating system. Square has been tweaking some things under the hood in the app and I've seen (and experienced!) some times where having an out of date version causes some very, very weird errors. You can also log out of the app and log back in to force the app to pull the latest data from the servers.
If neither of these solve your problems, you've stumped me. Hopefully one of the admins here can take over and solve your issue.
