You can purchase on the computer yet this is a facebook event with that link so it will not work on mobile devices and support desk is closed until Monday. I have sponsored an ad this weekend to end Monday and really need this link to work on mobile devices. Please help! Thank you!

I just tried your link - seems I get the error on both my iPhone and my Windows Desktop PC. Perhaps some other Community members have some thoughts. Please understand, the Community is not the same as Tech Support so no one here can look at how your item is setup.

Yea -- seems to be working as intended - both on my iPhone and Desktop. Sometimes a redo is all it takes !!

I am having the same issue! What do you mean you created a new link? Did you delete the item altogether?
Ugh! I actually left my other link active since the QR code I created through the link is working properly, just in case someone signs up off my flyers.
I just went in and added the items all over again - then had no issues. I am still not sure of the route cause. I originally thought something with the fulfillment settings but I could not figure it out. Also checked to see if had something to do with delivery or pick up since mine are tickets, yet that did not make sense either to me. Sorry! Wish I had more info. to help.
