Why is shipping being charged for digital product sales in the Online Store?

[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Charging Shipping for Digital Products]

 

When my customers go to buy a product (in this case a digital print) that is digital from my store, they are still charged for shipping at checkout even though there is no shipping needed. These items are also marked as digital in the product information, so I just need help understanding how to change/ update.

Hmmm. There shouldn't be shipping applied to items within a cart that only has a digital item in it. Are there any other items added to the cart with the digital item that would be shipped?

 

It shouldn't add shipping when there's a digital item in checkout:
