Why is my Square Online store forcing customers to Store Pickup at checkout?

My online store (kustomcoffee.com) has both shipping and store pickup options. Even if you click Shipping before you add an item to the cart (the item is set to sell in All Locations), when you get to checkout it completely removes Shipping and forces customers to select Pickup. I am losing customers left and right, and even my most devoted customers are really annoyed.

The GIF screen capture below shows what's going on. Anyone else seeing similar issues?

Solution

@kustomcoffee - the address you're shipping from wasn't being validated. This can happen because it isn't typed in how the USPS would recognize it. Our ecommerce team was able to tweak it and shipping should be working properly now. You may need to clear cache to make sure it works, but you should be all set!

@kustomcoffee - the address you're shipping from wasn't being validated. This can happen because it isn't typed in how the USPS would recognize it.
