Why is a 15% discount showing in the bottom left corner of my website?

I have been told by a few customers now that when on my website they have a "click to get 15% discount" pop up in the bottom left corner of my website. it would appear that when clicked they do not receive anything and this does not show when I look myself. I have been trying to find how to remove it but cannot find anything

Thank you! It only seems to appear for some people. I think it was about 2 months ago the first customer messaged about it. 

I have never offered a 15% discount either so absolutely no idea where its come from.

I don't see a 15% discount on any of your main pages, homepage, items, or checkout. Have you asked those customers to send you a screenshot? Have you seen it yourself?

I have not been able to replicate it myself on mine or any of my friends devices but I have had screen shots from 3 people now all showing the same. I cant see how to upload pictures on here, but its a bar on the bottom of the page in my branding colours and says "click to get 15% off" its odd as I have never offered 15% off ive done 10%, 20% and even 13% but never 15 so I have no idea where its come from.

Thanks so much for your patience. I know you have been waiting a while for a response. You can try uploading photos by signing out and back into the Community. Can you share more about where you are seeing the 15% discount? I checked your site but did not see it on my end. Is it showing at checkout or while browsing? @IrisInspired
