Why does low inventory indicator show "Only 3 left!" on one item, and "3 available" on different ite

Why does low inventory indicator show "Only 3 left!" on one item, and "3 available" on different item  I've followed the directions on my weebly site to Items > item preferences > item statuses > Low inventory indicator. I even increased it from 5 to 10 to see if it would make a difference
