I launched in 2o15, since then many things have changed...lol
it is a real mess with all the different layers of it, but I recently integrated with square and am hoping to convert all my listings to that method. (it will also clean up the site dramatically)
that being said, at least on my end. when I put an item in a shopping cart (as a test on the actual website outside of the editor), when I go to checkout the item disappears from the shopping cart. Is this just something i am seeing or do customers have this same problem?
a good example, is bulk mugwort. I go through the item, say I would like to buy a certain weight and then there is no way to complete the transaction.

As far as items disappearing from the cart...what browser are you using? I went through and added that item to the cart and was able to continue to the checkout process. I am using Chrome.
You could also trying clearing your browser's cache and see if that resolves the issue. I find this website very helpful for the steps on clearing cache if you do not know how.
