Follow these instructions in sequential order to make sure everything is set up properly when it comes to the visibility of your items. After you go through and make sure all of these steps have been completed and you're still finding the items showing "out of stock", please reach out to our Support Team directly.

Sign in to your Square Dashboard and click Items & orders > Items > Item library.
Select an existing item.
Under "Where it's sold," use the toggles to determine which websites the item should be assigned to.
Click the Site visibility dropdown menu to set the visibility of the item to Available or Hidden.
Click Save.
Sign in to your Square Dashboard and click Items & orders > Items > Item library.
Select an existing item.
In the Variations section, add your prices.
Click Save.
Sign in to your Square Dashboard and click Items & orders > Items > Item library.
Select an existing item.
In the Variations section, select Manage stock.
In the popup window, toggle on Tracking.
Select a restocking preference to update from the Select reason dropdown menu.
Enter a number to manage the stock and select Done.
Click Save.
Sign in to your Square Dashboard and click Settings > Account & Settings > Fulfillment > Pickup & Delivery.
Select Edit by your location, and go to Pickup or Delivery to update the fulfillment hours.
Click Save.
Sign in to your Square Dashboard and click Settings > Account & Settings > Fulfillment > Pickup & Delivery.
Select Edit by your location, and go to Site visibility to choose on which sites the location should be visible.
Click Save.
Sign in to your Square Dashboard and click Settings > Account & Settings > My business > Locations.
Select your mobile location.
Under "Business address," change the Location type to Physical location.
Click Save.
