We use the KDS and certain menu items from our Online Store don't show up on our KDS. Not sure why?
@crispwaffleco This is typically due to categorization. Do the items have a category in the point of sale app? There is a flag in the point of sale app to set the categories that are displayed and uncategorized might cover these.
Thank you so much for your reply. That's the mystery. Everything is categorized and that category is included within the set up of the KDS. It's weird because other items in those categories show up on the KDS. Driving me crazy 🙂
