Why can’t Square fix this?

So I’ve reached out to Square a couple of times about this now. If I go to my online orders, I can see the email addresses of people that have placed the order. However, there is no way in which Square can pull those addresses so that I can reach out to those individuals as a group. I have to email each individual customer.

Has anyone found a way around this? TIA

@greenhousemerc you should be able to export your orders to a spreadsheet, including the email address associated with each order, from your Orders page on Square Dashboard.
