Why can't I turn off Delivery under my fulfillment options?

Hello, 

 

Up until now I was offering shipping and delivery but I've decided to streamline and put everything under delivery. But when I go to the delivery tab to turn it off, it won't let me. I tried both the toggle on the pickup and delivery page and I tried going into the delivery page itself and in both cases, it will turn grey "think" for a minute and then turn back on again. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

Solution

Correct! However, you do not need to do this item by item. Instead, you can select all items in your Item Library using the Checkbox that appears on the far left corner of the Item Library in your Square Dashboard, and once all items are selected you can press the Actions button and select "Update the Fulfillment methods."

@JJ_  thanks for responding. Take here for instance. I'll toggle delivery off, it will do that thinking thing for 10-15 seconds and then just turn right back on again.

From my investigation, I was able to confirm that this function will not turn off when there is at least one item with Delivery as the fulfillment method. Can you confirm if this is the case?

 

You can see Item Fulfillment settings within the Item Details of an item and scrolling down to the Fulfillment section.

@JJ_ Thanks for looking into this. So right now all of my products have delivery checked as a delivery method, as well as shipping and pickup. I thought I could turn it off....by turning it off. So you're saying I need to go through and uncheck every item that has delivery first before I can actually turn it off?
