Hey there everyone. just had an online customer call me and explain how they couldn't place an order online using there P.O box address. I am wondering is there a way around this or is this something that hasn't cam available?

PO Boxes are not available on address autofill at checkout - the databases websites use for address autofills tend not to also contain PO box information - however customers should be able to manually enter a PO Boxes for Square Online orders by clicking "Enter Address Manually"

It looks like they might have just possibly missed this option? In any case, I'd ask if they can try this, and if it's not working, what error message are they seeing on screen?
