I used to be able to see all my email subcribers as well as my emails I have sent in the past. These are no longer visible, all I can see is that I have new subcribers, but this is kind of useless if I cannot connect with them? Anyone else having the same problem or know where I can now find this info?
also, on a side note, anyone figure out when and how to contact Weebly vs Square? It seems no matter what, I get directed to square, but most of the time I get told I am contacting the wrong department. How do I avoid this? Anyone else frustrated by this?

What happens when you go to Square Online Dashboard > Customers > Directory? Let me know - as that should show all collected customer email addresses.
yes, this shows past customers, but it does not show people who have subscribed to my email list, nor allow me to send messages from there. nor can I see past emails I have sent out. I pay an extra monthly fee for my email service, and it used to be readily available. it seems to have moved

I tried calling as you suggested, after 2 days on hold, I finally had time to wait for a call back today. Once again, they directed me to Weebly. I have now been on hold for 24 minutes LISTENING TO THE SAME 15 SECOND LOOP OF MUSIC AND IT IS DRIVING ME INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have filled out two support tickets, googled this, and posted in the community and cannot get help.
What is going on? oh, and you just billed me for the email service I cannot access.
