Why are only a max of 124 orders shown on the Order screen?

I have a number of old orders that have been fulfilled, but the status wasn't updated and they still show as Pending. If I navigate to the Order screen from the homepage using the 'Items & Orders' and then 'Orders' buttons, I can use the 'Edit Orders' function to select multiple orders and 'Mark as Complete'.  However, when I navigate to this order screen only a maximum of 124 orders are shown, irrespective of whether I select to show All Orders, Active or Completed.

If I navigate to see the orders from the homepage by using 'Online' and then 'Orders' buttons, I am able to see all 700 odd orders. Although here I am unable to mass update the orders - to change the status I need to go into each one individually and mark 'Ready' and then 'Complete'. This would send unnecessary texts to the customers which is no good.

Can anyone advise how to view all orders from the 'Items & Orders' and then 'Orders' screen? Or advise how to mass update the status of orders another way?

Hey @KerryT,

Welcome to our Community! I noticed it's your first post here 👋

It looks like using the Edit Orders option would be the best way to mark multiple orders as fulfilled at once. While I wasn't able to replicate the scenario you're encountering re: max 124 orders being visible from the Items & Orders > Orders page, I'm suspecting there is a limit here so the number of orders shown isn't excessive. Our customer support team would be a good point of contact here, as they'd be able to take a look at your account, orders, and settings - unfortunately, we're not able to access this via this public forum. Give us a call on 1800 760 137 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time), so we can troubleshoot this alongside you, or raise a support ticket if it turns out to be a bug.

Thanks for the advice. Spoke to the Support Team and because all of our orders are online purchases, only the current ones are shown through the main 'Item Orders > Orders' menu. We have to change historic orders through the 'Online > Orders' screen.

This means for each order changing the status to 'Ready' and then 'Complete'. This would trigger email comms to the customers (we could disable texts) which could cause confusion, so we will just have to leave the orders open.
