Hi~ my customers are receiving reminders for their appointments from a different time zone. The time zone is set for mountain time in my settings. The reminders are sent as if from EST, and tell my clients their appointment is 2 hours later. What to do?

If you've already gone through these steps and the time zone is still showing incorrectly for your customers, reach out to our Appointments team so they can do some further digging.
Actually, this is Due to Negligence. Square does not have an option for Business Locations that do not Observe Daylight Savings Time, We Need a Manual Option in BC For Mountain Standard time. I Was told " You Will have to Switch your time Zones Manually Than" Which is Obserd. No Option but to Submit a Feature Request? This is not a Request, Business are Suffering because of this and no one cares.
