Where is Weebly available and not available?

Hello,

I run a new global educational website eefabook.com. Last week, one of my colleagues was in a room in Ghana giving a presentation. He proudly announced the web site address to a room of 80 people from multiple countries, and - nothing. Googling for 'weebly Ghana' suggests that it cannot be reached in that entire country? Finding that out in public was really, really not good.

I am looking for a list of all places on Earth where weebly can and cannot be used. Having a site that only works for some parts of the world is not something I can continue with.

I'm very sorry to hear the presentation did not go as expected. Unfortunately, the information you found online is correct - Weebly/Square is not available in all parts of the world. 

We do not have a list to provide, nor can we confirm if the issue has to do with the ISP. The only thing I can suggest is to try using a VPN to connect. 

My sincerest apologies again. I wish I had more information to provide at this time.
