Ack! A customer just told me my store was down, and I checked- yup. And when I log into my account and click on the "Online" button, it gives me an "Error 500- Server error" message. Is there somewhere I should report this, or does Square know when this kind of thing happens? Hoping for a very quick resolution!!

I've had this 500 error message for 2 days. I did get a sale yesterday but in doing a preview this morning, I got a 500 msg.

So now I see that the same issue has been happening for over three years. Why does it seem like this is being hidden from people and how can you guys charge a monthly fee for websites that don't work?

I just took a peek at your site and did not get a 500 error. Can you guide me to reproduce this error? What steps are you or your customers taking before getting the error on your screen.
