When will square show different currencies (EG: USD vs. CAD)

I've been with Square for 4+ years and keep requesting the ability to change currencies for customers.  I'm in CAD and want to send invoices in USD.  Shopify has a currency conversion that's auto applied to their stores, invoices and appointments.  Why is it taking so long for Square to get on board?

I can definitely understand why being able to pay in different currencies would be useful for you, especially if you have international customers. We don't currently have any information about when this feature will be available,  but we'll be sure to share once we know more. I'll also pass your comment over to our teams. They do keep track of these feature requests to better improve our products and services.

I didn’t know about this problem when I signed up for Square. 90% and maybe more of my clients are US and I’m Canadian.

with PayPal I can post and they can pay in USD. I also have a USD bank account I can deposit $US checks into, and I can pay my $US bills and $US credit cards (from my CDN bank) directly from my USD account, avoiding commissions on currency exchange (potentially once as USD to CDN and one more time going back again.

if Square can meet this minimum requirement for doing business with my clients, I can eventually use it everyday.
