When click on zoom the image gets cut off

I have been trying to get the whole image to show up when clicking on the image or at least to be able to pan around it. I had it at 4:3 but changed it to 1:1 like I saw someone said and that didn't work. I looked in the apps and saw nothing for zooming. I am selling video games and people want to be able to see the label close up. I am at a lose. 

Any and all help is appreciated. I have spent so much time on this and my deadline is getting closer and closer. Thanks

Sorry never got notified of this answer. I figured out how to size it so it will stay in the box when zoomed but I was wondering if there was a way to change the white to green when zooming. I fill the background on the picture of the game with the green so it is nicer looking on the website but when zoomed the white comes up and I have not been able to figure out how to change it or if I can even change it. Thanks

HI, best practice for images will be white or transparent background.  Color background does effect search engine ranking.
