When I create a shop page on the website, how do I load my existing items? They aren't there. It only asks me to create a new item.

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you're having trouble with your online items.

 

If your items have not synced across from your Square Dashboard to Square Online, I recommend contacting support to look into this further - they'll be able to properly troubleshoot the issue based on looking into how your account has been setup, which is something we're unfortunately not able to do from our Seller Community forum.

 

You can call support on 1800 760 137 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time), or contact us via online chat or email:

 

1. Sign in to your Square account

2. Head to our contact page https://squareup.com/help/au/en/contact

3. Go to "Other"" then "I don't see my issue"

4. Click "Message us" or "Email us"

 

One thing you may want to check first though - is the location that you have synced to Square Online the same one that your items are listed on via Square Dashboard? If not, you can assign your items to your online location (if different from the Square location you sell under) via your item settings
