What happened to the "Forms Entries" on the desktop and i-Phone

I am receiving Form Entries but I cannot see them on the computer or i-Phone app.

I'm also no longer receiving email notifications.  I see the banner on my phone and that is it.

So sorry to hear about the difficulty receiving your email notifications - we are here to help! Would you mind trying out these troubleshooting steps listed here in this helpful resource? They should help work out any outstanding issues you may experiencing.

In regards to the form entries issue, are you referring to form entries for your customers using the Online Store? If so, would you mind providing a bit more detail about the issue you are experiencing? - are they simply not appearing on iPhone or mobile browsers? If so, what mobile browser are you using?

Hi all, I have several forms on my website, but have recently lost the ability to see the form responses. When I go to my form entries page it only says "Use forms to capture information" with no list.  I still receive email notifications for  form entries, but I want to view them all together.  I have read similar threads, but the solutions did not work for me.  Can anyone help?

How recently did these disappear for you? I just looked on my end and wasn't able to see anything there either. 

Are you still receiving the emails when a customer enters into your Contact Form?

Yes, I am still receiving email notifications.  This started about 2 weeks ago I believe?
