What can I do if I spot the same account/customer keep making big purchase and dispute every month?

Hi Community 

 

What can I do if I spot the same account/customer keep making big purchase and dispute every month?  This user orders ONLINE so I cannot catch her in person.  She makes purchase and then a month later she disputes the charge and we just keep losing money. 

 

How to stop this fraud?  It is very disturbing and unfair for small businesses and all disputes really work in favor of the customers. 

 

I have all the details for example: 

- she uses Melody He, Melody Lin, Melody Siu etc.

- Same order of drinks - same amount 

- Different emails each time and dispute every time 

- Her phone number is not valid

 

Please advise, this is not good at all for someone to get away with such unethical  behavior.  thank you so much for any suggestions.

How is this person getting their order of Drinks?   In store, Delivery service?   In-store Cameras should have Photo for the Dispute, same with the SAME delivery Address.  Since the email, and name changes no way to stop that.  Require a Phone number that is Valid to verify order.  Then only call the people that order that drink list since it is always the same.   When no one answers, leave a message for them to verify their order.  When no one calls back just do not deliver, but may get bad reviews for no delivery.  Just make sure that you refund the people that do not call back.   Wish Squres Weebly would show IP address of the orders because that might be able to help you block that one person.   Sorry this is happening to you.
