What apps would you recommend to enhance your pictures for the internet to make them look professional?

I have to suggest the best way to get your photos to look professional is to hire a professional! 🙂

Usually the biggest difference between an ok photo and a great one isn't the processing in an app; it's the composition and the lighting of the photo to begin with.  You can add some neat effects with filters, but the starting point has to be dynamic if you really want the photos to sell your products!
