Weebly site not on app - can’t edit

Hi folks,

 

So I’ve always edited my site through the app on my phone. When I log into my dashboard now though there’s no sign of my site. Login details correct. Site still showing online but unable to edit. Any ideas?

Hi @Soulsisterscot thanks for flagging this. 

 

If you have both a Weebly and Square account, and you’re experiencing issues trying to log in to one of them, it’s possible that you’re being redirected to the other. To avoid this experience, be sure that the email you’re using is the correct email assigned specifically to either of your accounts, then take the following steps:

  1. Clear the cache from your web browser’s settings.
  2. Close all opened browser windows.
  3. Re-open the browser, and go directly to either weebly.com or squareup.com to log back into your account.

Let me know if you can locate your site with these logins.
