I've used Square online for selling event tickets for our restaurant before and it worked fine, but now when I go to the online dashboard, it won't load. The screen just goes white. There's another thread about this topic and I've tried everything in there. I'm using Chrome and it's up to date. I also tried using Edge and got the same thing.

Per your post I'm assuming you tried the troubleshooting steps that are listed here. If yes, another option is to try using another computer if possible - like a friends or family member who has a computer on a "different" network. Knowing that things work on someone else's computer but, not on yours will narrow down the root cause. Please understand that the Community is not the same as Tech or Customer Support but, we do have some hands-on practical experience.
Thanks for answering. I've tried all those troubleshooting steps including using Edge, Chrome, and Firefox. I've also tried two different PCs in different locations.
