Is there a way of applying automatic discounts within the online store for quantities of items from a category? For example, someone buys two bottles of white wine and 4 bottles of red wine (these are separate categories) and they get an automatic 10% discount on those bottles?
This is currently setup in Square POS but it's not happening on the online store.
After a little more digging, it appears Weebly uses the term "Coupon" for their discounts and allows a percentage based discount on any items in a category but doesn't allow for having a minimum quantity before applying the discount.

Thanks - as we start delving into the online store more, I'm just trying to figure out some of the items that provide parity between online and in-person ordering. Since we've switched to a lot of online ordering, just trying to find out what is missing. I'm working with a couple of other businesses to set up online stores over the next couple of days as well.

Automatic discounts on Weebly are a pretty sore spot for us. When you order one pound or more of tea then you get a 15% discount. However, we can't do that online anymore (we could with our previous website provider). This is a pretty big source of friction for us as we deal with confused and/or upset customers. I've created a coupon for 15% off, but since I can't tie it to quantity we're essentially working on an honor system.
While the switch to Weebly has been overall positive, I'm running into some major issues as we shift to primarily online sales.
Also, a Loyalty integration with Weebly is essential. Customers know when they aren't getting their discounts!

I'm working to get a further insight on loyalty integration, BUT this was rolled back, which is why you are not seeing it add correctly to Weebly transactions.
We launched delivery today - and this will be back on the release list soon, but right now the roadmap is for critical support for businesses to bring in revenue in amid this crisis.
I'll let you know when I get more word on loyalty, I can say it was a top of mind concern with the ecom team, and they see the need for this released now to thank people who are supporting local businesses in this time.

And as soon as I post the above about a timeline, I get news that we went live with loyalty integration yesterday.
The eCom team has fully integrated with Loyalty on all by Categories- eCom does not currently support Categories, so if your loyalty program is set with those parameters it will not track, but we're happy to help you consider other set up options if your program is set with Category parameters and you'd like it integrated with eCom.
@kellyj Do you have any resources on how to set up loyalty for online? I just did a test order and there was no where for me to put in my loyalty account to redeem a reward (and I've given myself plenty of them).
My team also received an order a few minutes ago from a customer who complained about being unable to redeem their reward, so it doesn't seem to be working for us.
Let me see if we have resources set up for this yet, otherwise I'll get an answer for you. There is a slight chance we rolled this out slowly for GA- let me see if we're at 100% as well.

Automatic discounts for Square Online are on the way! 🙌 Our ECOM team plans to begin implementing this towards the latter part of 2021.
