The website is not updating inventory or adding new items today. We have waited for some time, checked to ensure all of the appropriate item details are selected and nothing is happening. Help!
Hey @shantifarmllc we have been experiencing similar issues with the new menu structure. There are a few places I would check.

I'm having similar issues, today. I edited some items and the edits are showing on the backend and on our POS, but NOT on the website. I updated product images, inventory, and made some description edits. No other changes. It's still showing the OLD product photos (which have been deleted) and none of the edits. It's been about 40 minutes at this point, and nothing. Same in all browsers, including those I've never accessed the square site through previously, so definitely not a browser refresh issue. POS updated everything immediately. Absolutely mind boggling.
