Website Sub-Category Pics Won't Load

Is anyone else having a sudden issue with their pictures of subcategories not loading? It's on some pages but not all, some are showing fine:

I've tested it in incognito mode, different phones, and computers. When you first go to it, it's dead pics with the category names, but when you refresh all the pics show? I'm just concerned with people going to these categories and empty pics showing.

They are there when you refresh (not too large either, and visible in my subcategories) and have been showing until the recent filter update? I appreciate any suggestions and time! Thanks!

HI, I checked on Chrome and Safari, all images load for me.  Some pages did flash while loading but all loaded.  It could depend on busiest time of the day and/or the customer's internet speed.

I am having the same issue -- on all browsers -- for 5 weeks. I reported the problem (which required an hour-long hold listening to "here Comes the Sun over and over and OVER again) to Square online support and was told they're aware of the issue but don't know how to fix it. The "team" has allegedly been looking into it" for weeks. 

I suspect it has something to with the weird "shop all" changes Square launched -- without notice -- around the same time. The one that sorts by price, etc., and makes a "shop all ___" appear in the drop down menu for every category, whether there are subcategories or not.

I also suspect that there are a lot of us having this problem. How can we get Square to fix it?!

Agreed, that's exactly when mine started acting up too. I think at this point it is resolved (sorry I need to watch my threads better lol). I haven't had a problem for a few weeks now, did yours fix?
