View sales per item

We use Square to list in-person workshops at our studio. As the workshop approaches, I comb through recent sales, pick out the attendees for the upcoming class, and email them notes for the class, directions, etc. Finding these names in the list of orders is tedious, and it's easy to make mistakes. 

Is there a way to view item sales per item? Each of my workshops is only 4-6 people, and then that listing is replaced by a new workshop "store item" for the next class. So if I could view a list of people for my Feb. 2 class, and get a short list of 5 sales, that would be amazing. Does this feature exist? I have looked for it some but if it's there I cannot find it.

I can search the Orders list by keywords, but my classes (class names) repeat regularly, and sometimes my dates do too, year over year.

I just went through a Few reports on the Square Dashboard on a computer using a web browser, and was not able to see a list of Customers env for filtering by customers.  Now in your Transactions Tab, you can use Last month to see all Sales for January (since it is now February).  Then the Last Filter type of Card # there is a Drop Down Arrow where you can filter by Customer or even Item.  By useing Item for your Workshop Item you should get a List of all Transactions in January for Workshop.  The display only shows the Transaction but if you export the Transactions as you have them filtered you should get a CSV file that you can open with a Spreedsheet program like Google Sheets, Numbers, or Excel. This csv file will have multiple Columns and there are 3 Transacations files, and one of them does have the Customers Name, as long as you took the Customers name at the time of sale.
