Thanks for your assistance in advance. After the most recent update, we were no longer able to scan variations in when we input new inventory. This issue has been escalated, but still no resolution. Support asked ask to revert back to the previous version, but it no longer works there either. We can still input them by keying in manually, but it takes considerably more time, so this is a function we do not want to lose.
Any thoughts?
