Variations/Sizing/Nutritional Facts

I'm supporting a local popcorn store with their online store setup. We are having trouble getting things on the website where we would like them. They sell flavored popcorn in different bag sizes. The bag sizes are setup as a variations to the main item.

1. We want the nutritional information available to the customer online, it looks like we can't set the simple option of calories for each size, just the main item. Besides having calories for each variation, we would also want the full nutritional information and ingredients posted.
2. Our smallest size we would like to restrict from shipping unless multiples are purchased because the cost of it doesn't outweigh the benefit. However, leaving that option available for pickup would be great.
3. Prep times depends on the bag size, we don't have large enough quantities pre-made for every flavor at any given time.

Separating out the variations to be their own items seems like it might be our only option, but we would prefer not to do that because it will make the POS item list 5 times longer.

HI, here are a few of my thoughts.

Add Nutritional Information as a separate page with a link in the Header.  This will give you the opportunity to add all information separately.  Make it a fun and colorful page with images, not just paragraph text to entice customers to read.

For online sales, do not offer the small size.  If a customer inquires why the small is not offered online, state small is limited to in store purchase only.

Pickup & delivery prep time is available when you select Pickup under Fulfillment within Edit Item. 

Use Location Default down arrow will display various times.
