Variable sales tax but also need delivery fee to be fully taxed

We deliver some food items that are taxed at a different rate than other items. So I set the "use item level taxes" however then the delivery fee is no longer taxed. And we need to charge tax on the delivery fees. Is there any feature request for this right now?

How come shipping fees can still charge order level tax but delivery can't.
