Users - Snoozing item availability

Hello,

Is there a way to assign a user role for snoozing or making a product unavailable.

This is for Square Online system for restaurant.

I want to keep main user ID to do all other work but want to create a separate user who can only make certain item available/unavalable by logging in by their ID.

Hi @namastewatford, thanks for your post! While there isn't a specific role that will allow a team member to just snooze a product, you can create a permission and grant them access to edit items and manage the item catalogue for Square Online. 

With this permission, the team member will be able to login using their email and password so you won't have to disclose yours.
