Uploading images on website

Hi,

I have seen a number of threads relating to the above issue so apologies if this has already been answered. i have uploaded 100+ products with pictures and it all worked seamlessly but for a few products i have struggled to upload as i get an error message "Something went wrong. Please try again."

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Regards,

Bob

Hi @BGHIR

Thanks for the post and welcome to the community! I’m glad to hear you were already able to find some related threads on this, you’ll find most topics have been touched on by other sellers at some point.

When you have trouble uploading item library images, it’s always worth double-checking that your images meet the following specifications:

  • Ideal photo dimensions should be square (same width and height) and 2,560 x 2,560 pixels.
  • Your images should be either .png or .jpeg files.
  • Images that are 360 degrees or 3D are not supported.
  • Images can be up to 20 MB in size, but less than 500 KB is optimal.

You might also want to try some basic browser troubleshooting if there are no obvious issues with the image specs. I’d also suggest taking a look at the images at the source where you have them saved, just to make sure they’ve not become corrupted.

Hope this helps, but if you’ve already been over all the suggestions above, our support team will be more than happy to look into this further for you. You’ll find all the options for reaching out here
