Updated prices not displaying on website, checkout shows updated price?

So recently i had to update products on my store, this was several weeks ago now. The price on back end and in the checkout is correct, but the displayed price on website is not updated. This is very 'deceptive' for the customer as it looks dishonest. 
I have had several pc's and mobile devices check and they all have same results. 

How can i refresh the websites prices, plus the discounted price isnt even same as backend?!
ive tried deleteing cookies, history, tried re-publishing website, tried changing price on items manually, turning site visability on&off. nothings working

The think is i have around 1500-1700 products im not sure how much is affect. so i need to do this to EVERY affect item?

Ok so both 1&2 paths dont exist from what i see im guessing that path ways are old workflows?

i cant go -Dashboard → Online → Settings → General

i can go - Dashboard → Online> online store>Settings? then that is checkout, customer acc, consumer tax etc. 
(this the correct place?)

2.Square Dashboard → Items → Site Items ,doesnt exist,
i can go >Square Dashboard → Items > item library, channels, service, image library, modifiers etc

 

this correct place?

Ok so i tried digging around the library and found nothing about ‘syncing’ products, same with the online > settings> linked account that doesn’t exist same with your Private message.

 

To be honest id rather keep the conversation here and not privately for others in case they come across this issue as well.


Is there a way i can tell you what version on the ecommece im using or something? Surely there are user guides or something to know where a re-sync button is. 

i need to know because I’ve had several sync issues over the past couple months and rather not need to come for support every couple weeks about it

I was having this issue to but my products seem to have updated, I honestly have no idea what I did other that ignore it for a few days.
