HI, thank you for the screenshots.  Hopefully this will help.  You can adjust the image for Mobile within your Editor.  

Online Dashboard, Website, Edit Site, Page: Home, change from Desktop to Mobile, Main Banner, scroll down to Customize, Layout and Color, choose Alignment, choose Section Height
