Ive seen old posts with fixes that no longer are applicable. All my items are in google merchant center and enabled for shopping ads, but none are showing up when I set up google ads. Ive "talked" to all the bots on the websites with no solutions. Everything is set up correctly and should be working. Any tips or help would be appreciated.
@outonalimbokc Since your products are already appearing in Google Merchant Center, I'd concentrate on the connection between Merchant Center and Google Ads rather than starting over with your Square catalog.
I checked Google's current Shopping campaign documentation, and there's something specific worth reviewing.
Google says products must belong to an active product group within a Shopping campaign to be eligible for those ads.
First, confirm that your Google Ads account is linked to the correct Merchant Center account.
Then open your Shopping campaign and review its product groups.
If you're using a standard Shopping campaign, check whether the products you're expecting to advertise are included in an active product group.
Google normally creates an All Products group when a new Shopping campaign is created, but products can be excluded as the campaign is customized.
I'd also check whether your campaign is enabled and whether Google is reporting any product eligibility issues.
One important distinction: Having products approved in Merchant Center doesn't automatically mean they'll appear in a Google Ads campaign.
If everything looks correct, I'd ask Google Ads Support to review why the approved products aren't available to the campaign.
Hopefully this helps narrow down which part of the setup is causing the problem!
